Regarding the coffee, the machines are placed in the brunch breakfast area to allow guests easy access to simple espresso options alongside the buffet. That said, our team is always readily and happily available to prepare and serve any coffee or other beverages upon request. We have chosen to work with professional Nestle capsules, including locally sourced ones, as this system helps preserve the freshness and aromas of the coffee while ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
