During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian day menus, which showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and innovative flavors. The creamy green soup served as a pre-meal course was a delightful start to the meal, offering a burst of fresh flavors and velvety texture. It set the stage perfectly for the main courses to come. The Thai vegetable and tofu curry was a standout dish, with a perfect balance of aromatic spices and tender vegetables. The tofu added a satisfying protein element, while the Thai beef curry was equally impressive, with tender meat and a rich, fragrant sauce that transported me straight to Thailand. Both dishes were served with steaming Jasmine rice, which provided the perfect accompaniment to soak up the flavorful sauces. I must commend the exceptional service provided by Ms. Niomi and Ms. Kathaya, who not only recognized us but also promptly attended to our requests with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail enhanced the overall dining experience. Special appreciation goes to Manager Marco for his cool restaurant concept and interesting menu design. It's clear that his passion for food and hospitality shines through in every aspect of Quartierbeiz 13.
