This business deserves NO Stars at all. The owner has the worst hospitality and is an overall horrible human being. It was our first night in Switzerland we were so excited to be here. We had dinner at an Italian restaurant near by and as we ended our dinner it began to rain. We were staying at a near by hotel so we had to walk back. My husband and I had no problem walking in the rain however, a few minutes into our walk it started to rain very hard. We walked towards this business Cabernet Night Club Dolce vida because they had their awning open and they had no clients sitting outside whatsoever. We stood under the awning for a few moments since the rain was so hard and the moment we got under the awning the owner started signaling us to leave. Mind you she had no customers at all we were not disturbing her or the business in anyway. She then came over to insult us for not having an umbrella which mind you had just flown in and had no idea what the weather would be like. After having an exchange of words with me I got so upset at her mistreatment that I left. My husband and I got soaked walking back to the hotel and we now have a really bad first impression of Switzerland. So yes 0 stars for the lack of common curtesy and humanity.
