I visited Bundesbahn is May 2026 and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the Bahnli-Burger and specifically asked to server to ensure it only came with bacon and cheese. She seemed very rushed and was just like "yes yes, sure sure" and hurried away. Well when the burger arrived some time later it had everything EXCEPT bacon and cheese - basically all of the toppings which make a burger disgusting to eat for me. I scraped the various topping off and did my best to finish it, but there was some sauce smeared all over both sides of the bun that was impossible to remove. And the fries that came with it were very much frozen-out-of-a-bag and I don't think I finished more than half of them. Anyways, not a great dining experience to say the least. I'd give a one-star were in not for the fact that I can recognize I am an English speaker in a country that is not an official language - there is bound to be some miscommunications. However the behavior of the server was kind of inexcusable. Like if you aren't sure you understand someone, maybe double check what they said instead of just rushing away?
