Hi, I’ve had two very disappointing experiences here. Moreover, I totally agree with many of the below comments regarding the very rude and unprofessional staff and the bad customer service. On Saturday, I came with my laptop to check things. I prepared it at the table and then went to order. After I paid, one of the employees told me that laptops are not allowed during the weekend. This should either be communicated clearly before ordering or handled more politely. The place was clearly not full of people. Another issue is the so-called children’s corner/shelf. On the 3rd or 4th shelf, there are tea boxes placed within very easy reach of children. My son tried to touch one, and an employee immediately told him not to. If children are not supposed to touch these items, they should not be placed in an area designed for kids. It’s especially frustrating because it doesn’t seem to be a matter of lacking space elsewhere. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and not very family-friendly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor Service, Rude Staff Over the last months I have had unpleasant experiences at Buchmann due to rude and dismissive behavior of some of the the staff members. They were unhelpful and disrespectful when asking simple questions. Due to their attitude, I decided to not return again Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
