Very disappointing and disgusting! They changed the employees to slow, lost and incompetent and worsen the quality over the years. Since 2026 EVERY drink i ordered doesn't matter the day or from who, was bad, like really really bad. Sad to see this shop become bad and overpriced.

visited zurich twice from the USA and got boba from this cafe twice. best boba in zurich. the brown sugar was the best!
