Se per caso sei nei paraggi della Roche Tower, puoi fermarti in locale. L'ineguagliabile crostino all'avocado è la specialità del posto. Qui puoi condividere ottimi cornetti con gli amici passando gradevolmente il tempo. Il caffè è fantastico, sicuramente da provare.
Dicono che il personale sia disponibile in questo posto. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del veloce servizio. Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, i prezzi sono abbordabili. Una volta dentro, l'atmosfera è attraente. Gli utenti di Google hanno conferitoun punteggio di 4.5 a BRÜ Specialty Coffee.

Sono stato da Brü a Basilea per un brunch intorno alle 11:30 e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il cibo era davvero buono, con porzioni abbondanti e saporite. La location è curata nei dettagli, accogliente e ben tenuta, ideale per una colazione o un brunch tranquillo. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità e il personale è gentile, attento e parla anche altre lingue oltre al tedesco, cosa che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. L’unico aspetto da considerare è che i prezzi sono leggermente superiori alla media e lo spazio, essendo piuttosto piccolo, può diventare un po’ rumoroso quando il locale è pieno. Nel complesso, un posto consigliato per chi cerca qualità, cortesia e un’atmosfera piacevole nel cuore di Basilea. Great spot for brunch, food was excellent! Also great menu. Coffee was perfect. Cosy cafe. One note the owner, be mindful of how noisy it is inside. Unpacking thd dishwashers/putting cutlery away was extremely noisy. But overall really enjoyed it, would be back but will probably sit outside to enjoy the coffee in a more relaxed atmosphere:) Meal type: Brunch

First of all, the food is homemade and very good quality, pricey, but definitely worth it. This is a specialty coffee shop, but more successful as a brunch place. The coffee is very average compared to other specialty coffee shops in Switzerland. They work only with Dabov (Bulgaria) and it's extremely expensive compared to some shops which offer higher quality beans. Also, the baristas lack knowledge and skills, which is sad when we look at the prices. The service needs a lot of improvement. So in general, I would say it has a lot of potential, but has no soul. No matter the food, not really a spot where you get good value for money and feel welcomed Update after the answer from the owner: Glad to hear that you support Swiss roasters seasonally. Regarding the rigorous training by competitive professionals, not quite sure that I see the results of that investition since you have an easy cream machine that foams the milk automatically and still the cup looks and tastes beyond average. For the v60 brewing technique I'd expect much for a 14 CHF handbrew. I usually do not reply after the company's reply, but since I received this very generic answer, I wanted to share a bit more detailed information about my experience... Regarding your comments on our coffee and pricing, we would like to share a bit of context: We actually work very hard to maintain the most competitive prices in the Swiss specialty coffee market, offering what we believe is the best quality at the lowest possible price. Our main roaster, Dabov, exclusively sources beans from farms that consistently rank top, we also source seasonally from local Swiss roasters. We also take great pride in our staff. Our baristas are rigorously trained by competition-level professionals to ensure the highest brewing standards. However, we are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt our service lacked soul and that you didn’t feel welcomed.
