Asians … beware !! of the Brown Cow Pub in Zermatt. Our first encounter of RACISM. Shocking and deeply disappointed. Both me and wife, from our first to our third trip to Switzerland was / is always very good BUT this episode can’t be tolerated and forgotten. This particular 3rd trip to the Swiss Alps is with my mom whom is 79 years of age. That is her request. Her previous trip with friends was about 15 years ago. After a long day, visiting The Matterhorn, we decided to have a good glass of Guinness, whisky and warm light bites from the cold mountain weather. There’s a total of 5 pax of us. Got seated. Waited for 10mins for someone to approach us and take our orders. 10 mins extended and it became 15mins. The man by the bar and a ‘dirty blonde hair’ service staff keep on saying ‘coming’ and coming and coming for the next 10mins. To our surprise, she took an order from our next table (Caucasian couple) who came much much later than us. Likewise for another 2 other tables whom are Caucasians too. ARE WE INVISIBLE!! … you can’t see us ?? on the next table. AND we speak English. We called again for service, yet to no avail and no one attended. This waiting time took us a near 25mins. Apologies to my mom and we moved on. Decided to leave and never turn back. If you don’t serve Asians, please place a sign on the door entrance. Don’t waste our time and effort. A bit of economics for the racist idiots: The main goods exported from Singapore to Switzerland in recent years include pharmaceutical products, specifically packaged medicaments and vaccines, as well as gold and precious stones. Other exported items from Singapore includes electronic equipment, cosmetics, perfumes, and food products. The top goods imported into Singapore from Switzerland are natural or cultured pearls, jewelry, watches, clocks, and parts, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical products. Singapore also imports significant amounts of machinery, optical and medical equipment, and other machinery from Switzerland. Not only other Caucasians, we, Asians from Singapore also create jobs for you and ‘provide food on your family table’ too, if you know what we mean. Don’t be an arrogant. All humans are equal, till proven wrong, same colour of blood when ripped open, RED.
