What a disgrace this establishment is. Absolute garbage food, cold coffee and appalling service. You have been warned. Firenze Airport needs to shut down this operator. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There is one employee here that is tells you at the counter that they will charge you less as a sort of " courtesy discount" (of course, because the prices are insane for the quality of the food they are offering ). You pay with card and then they ask you to pay again " because the POS didn't made the transaction correctly". Don't pay again until you check your bank account, bc this scam is for you to pay twice!! I check in my bank as soon as he told me that and the transaction was completely OK. To sum up, this business lacks of ethical manners with airport clients, the food is overpriced, as in every airport, BUT is not good at all. This is taking advantage of people. Don't buy here. Trying to do your best to explain to the two waitresses in their own Italian language what you want to order and they start laughing in my face because my grammar was not perfect. How rude can you be!!!
