We are therefore all the more sorry to hear that you were concerned about the green spots you noticed on the pretzel you purchased. We would like to apologize for this. We assume that you purchased a sunflower seed pretzel. In fact, the green discoloration can be caused by a chemical reaction between the lye and the ingredients in the sunflower seeds.This reaction can occur with some sunflower seeds, but it is not harmful to health.To prevent this from happening again in the future, we will immediately increase our quality control of sunflower seeds.We hope that you will continue to be our customer despite this unpleasant observation.
