I’ve just received a notification about my review. Frankly, it’s surprising to read that you “cannot investigate my case.” What case are you referring to? Please take a moment to look at the overall reviews—there is a consistent pattern pointing to poor quality. Your response stating that the product “does not meet your standards” only confirms the issue. If this is the level of service you offer, I strongly suggest you reconsider stoping it! I personally do not purchase anything from your chain, and based on the volume and consistency of customer feedback, the reason is quite clear.

Bought at 1:00 PM. Five minutes later, I opened the sandwich to check it. The salad is completely gone. The ham is dried outside and looks suspicious. The cucumber had seen better and fresher days, too. No doubt that this sandwich has been laying around for more than 24 hours. This is disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 2
