Food was fine, but half of my order was forgotten and never brought out. Additionally, when it came time for me to pay, my card was charged 390 euros instead of 39 euros. I understand mistakes happen, and the waitress assured me that the money would never be taken out of my account, so I paid again for my meal and left. That night I began receiving messages from my bank that showed the money had indeed been withdrawn and thus my remaining credit was limited. I’m traveling as a student and while I planned for the trip, an additional $421 charge was not in the budget. Overall, I found the customer service of this restaurant to be very poor— between forgetting half of our order and refusing to rectify a pretty big mistake. I tried to speak to the owner about receiving a refund on my order for the inconvenience before leaving a review, but she just repeated that the original mistake had been corrected. I know I will eventually receive a refund for the overcharged amount, but I would expect not to be charged at all after such a stressful experience which could impact the rest of my trip. Overall, I felt it was a courtesy and service issue. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–25
