For our store in via Nazario Sauro we have studied a modern and elegant design, to offer you an intimate and welcoming atmosphere in which to enjoy a freshly grilled hamburger just a few steps from the arcades that have made the city of Bologna famous. Furthermore, it is a huge joy to know that for you "the product is top, with high quality meat": it's really true! Our scottona is chosen from local pasture farms, which feed the cattle only grass and wheat according to grass-fed rules. It is chosen in its finest cuts and ground fresh every day, finally our staff grills it expressly following carefully every step of our cooking method under the dome, which makes it tender and juicy inside and toasts it to dot on the outside. That's why your burger is so good! Finally, our store in the center of Bologna has a large open-plan kitchen and an intimate room with some seating. At Bonelli you don't find ready and pre-cooked sandwiches on the counter, we cook each hamburger expressly: for this reason, on the most popular evenings you can smell the typical smell of freshly grilled meat in the air.
