I have been on a European roadtrip for the last month. Mostly N Italy, France, and Suisse. During that time, I had very little spice and had a craving for it. Boca was an authentic Mexican food (not TexMex) experience that was unexpected in Verbier. I had the hamachi ceviche for a starter - acidic, well seasoned, and super fresh ingredients (pomegranate seeds, chilis, maize). Then had two carnitas tacos that were elevated in terms of the treatment of the pork - garnishes were, again, lovely. Finished with a burrito that met the expectations the two prior courses had set. All enjoyed with spicy margaritas and Micheladas. Met the owner and had great service from Brianna. Highly recommend.
