I had the pleasure of knowing the Blue Taste restaurant and I must say that it is a place that clearly stands out from all the other places along Via Buonarroti. It has now become my favorite, the experience is fantastic! One of the first things I noticed was the quality of the aperitif offered. The excellent dishes, all prepared in the kitchen, really impressed me. In particular, the beetroot hummus, scones and seed bread were true culinary masterpieces. The Blue Taste kitchen knows how to delight its guests with refined flavors and creative dishes. The service offered was impeccable. The staff was courteous, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and glamorous at the same time. Super recommended!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
