All’inizio andava tutto bene . Ma abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto sgradevole alla fine della serata. Quando è arrivato il primo(Gnocchi di patate con Tartare di gamberi rossi). Ho assaggiato 2 gnocchi e 1pezzo di gambero rosso crudo, la pasta era buonissima, ma ero piena e ho chiesto di portarla via , c’è stato un malinteso, l’hanno buttata tutta la pasta invece di farmela portare via. Il ristorante insisteva a farci di nuovo la stessa pasta anche se non la volevo più. Dopo abbiamo pagato tutto, siamo usciti e ci siamo accorti che la pasta è stata rifatta con il GAMBERO NORMALE invece TARTARE DI GAMBERO ROSSO CRUDO. Ci siamo resi conti di essere presi in giro, siamo ritornati in ristorante e lo chef ci ha chiesto la scusa per aver fatto una pasta con gli altri ingredienti. Il comportamento dello chef mi ha fatto incazzare, come ha potuto dí togliere l’ingredienti originali ingannando il consumatore senza dirci niente?! Come ha potuto vendere una pasta del genere a 30 euro ?! Che professionalità, mica gli ho chiesto io a rifare sta pasta abbiamo eppure pagato. A restaurant where we always gladly come and are already looking forward to the next time we return.
