Locale intimo, accogliente, chic, particolare in un bellissimo palazzo dei Rolli. Ottimi vini, eccellente qualità delle materie prime; piatti che richiamano la tradizione in chiave moderna. Francesca ha saputo lanciare in pochi mesi un locale raffinato e ricercato con devozione, passione e grazie alla sua esperienza di ristoratrice.Ci vuole stoffa!Complimenti potresti lanciare qualunque locale... I found Bistro Giustiniani completely by accident while wandering through Genoa’s beautiful historic center, and it ended up being my favorite discovery of the trip. Tucked away in the charming Piazza Giustiniani, it’s the kind of place where you sit down for “just one drink” and end up staying for hours. I started with the Giustiniani, then the Giustiniani Spritz, and finally the Atelier - each cocktail somehow better than the last. The pesto lasagna was absolutely fantastic, and the tiramisù afterwards was so good I wanted to lick the plate. I enjoyed it so much that I came back a few days later and was lucky enough to catch a live Brazilian bossa nova performance. This time I had friends and we had the Pan e Burro, the Vitello Tonnato, and the pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, almonds and burrata cream super crunchy and absolutely delicious. I finished with the crema with strawberries and muesli, which was the perfect ending. The team is incredibly welcoming, the cocktails are outstanding, every dish was excellent, and the atmosphere is something really special. I honestly can’t wait to come back to Genoa just to spend another evening here. A true gem. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
