Interesting bistro in a fantastic location. The menu is not huge but you can find cured meats, meat and fish. Excellent French and Italian cheeses. I was pleasantly surprised by the place. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the elegant and refined atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and chic evening. The menu offers a selection of refined and original dishes. The fried anchovies with the accompanying sauce were simply divine. The combination of crunchiness and delicate flavors of the anchovies was surprising, and the sauce gave a touch of freshness that went perfectly with the dish. The pinsa with burrata, cherry tomatoes and anchovies was really good. The light and crunchy dough, the creaminess of the burrata and the intense flavor of the anchovies combined in a perfect flavor combination. I couldn't leave Bibendum without trying the Nutella crepes. A real indulgence to which I also added a scoop of ice cream. The wine list is equally excellent. There are high-level bubbles and fine wines to accompany the dishes. The staff is very knowledgeable and expertly advised me on which wine to pair with each dish, creating an even more complete culinary experience.
