Came to this place in the mornings. Met the owner. Food very good, ordered plant based waffles and some other breakfast items. Service was good Quality was good Friendly atmosphere Expensive - yes but at the time worth it About 80 CHF for 3 of us without drinks. Recommend at the time - yes so I said we will return the following week as we return to Zurich after an excursion which turned out to be very disappointing. See next post. Let's start with food. I am not a vegetarian but if I can eat food like this everyday, I would be a vegetarian immediately! Ordering and paying with the barcode on the table is very easy but they also have enough staff to help you if you need anything. I can't fault it. BEETNUT is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for creative, healthy, and delicious food in Zurich. Almost all dishes can be made gluten-free, and the staff is very knowledgeable, making it a safe and enjoyable experience. The ingredients are super fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and incredibly well-balanced. I tried the Scrambled Tofu Bagel with coconut, veggies, curry & salad—absolutely delicious and now one of my favorite dishes in Zurich. They also offer a great selection of trendy drinks like Matcha, Golden Milk, Blue Milk & more. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, making it a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The concept is well thought out, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten-free and plant-based options in Zurich!
