Our dishes are intentionally adapted to suit a broad customer base, which is why we work with local vegetables and ingredients rather than using purely Thai imports. This allows us to offer fresh quality while supporting regional suppliers. Portions are consciously kept moderate to avoid food waste – a value we take seriously.
