Se hai fame dopo aver guardato il EXP'Ostia, vai in questo pub & bar per pranzare. Non c'è dubbio che apprezzerai gli esotici salmone, tartare e antipasto proposti. Proporre curatissimi millefoglie, semifreddo e cheesecake è il punto di forza del pub & bar Dea Calipso. Inizia il pasto con degli ottimi prosecco o cordiale.

Piacevole scoperta. Avevamo un cofanetto Smartbox da utilizzare e approfittando di una visita al parco archeologico di Ostia Antica abbiamo prenotato presso questo ristorante. Il locale è curato, con gusti che non incontrano i nostri ma è confortevole. Servizio cortese e puntuale. Primi ottimi, anche il trancio di tonno squisito, fritto misto giusto un po' troppo saporito tendente al salato. Ma sono gusti. Sono stata per la prima volta in questo locale, conosciuto per caso poiché mi avevano regalato una smartbox, l’ambiente è molto rilassante, il servizio molto accurato e il pesce veramente top, il salmone marinato e la tagliata di tonno erano veramente ottimi. Complimenti allo chef e al suo staff! It reconfirms itself as the best restaurant in all of Rome, if not in all of Italy. I have come to eat at this restaurant about 6-7 times and each time it gets better and better. Elegant location, attention to detail, beautifully furnished. Super professional and very knowledgeable staff, it is a restaurant run by 2 brothers and their mother and you can see that there has been a lot of commitment and study behind it. In the morning they themselves go to get the freshest fish, in fact some dishes on the menu change based on the catch of the day. They usually bring a welcome prosecco, I recommend the Dea Calipso appetizer, that is, various courses of seafood, mussels, marinated salmon, etc..., then as raw the Calabrian tuna tartare with spring onion and chilli (you can also ask for it not spicy like I do), for first courses I recommend spaghetti with clams and bottarga, or even a first course with seafood, for second courses I loved the seared tuna with caramelized onion and sesame, then tuna with pistachio pesto and several times I also ordered the mixed frying, although I don't eat fried things but they make it so delicate that their fried food has never bothered me, I don't know what their secret is but they have a very strong chef!! The desserts are all exceptional, you are spoiled for choice and for my personal taste I chose the cheesecake... super recommended! As for the wines, it depends on the period, but I recommend the Falanghina (very velvety this year) and the Coda di volpe (very fruity). HONEST prices, they are packed every day so I recommend you always book!!
