Mi sono avvicinato per bere un caffè e all' ingresso mi è stato fatto un interrogatorio preliminare in merito a cosa volessi consumare?!?! Al momento di pagare mi hanno rifiutato il bancomat: solo contanti?!?!?! Il resto me lo hanno fornito tutto in monetine da 5 centesimi?!?! Quando ho chiesto cortesemente di utilizzare il bagno, mi è stato rimarcato se avessi comprato qualcosa?!?!? A voi le conclusioni! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Total Disgrace – Tourists Beware My wife and I went to Bar La Tosca this evening just looking for a bit of comfort on a cold night — simply ordered two coffees (2 Americano) and one cookie. We were shocked to be charged €14 for this small order. There were no prices listed anywhere, and the receipt we were given was not itemized — just a blank slip showing the total. It really felt like we were taken advantage of for speaking English. This is not what visitors should experience in such a beautiful place like Como. To make matters worse, we met a young student who had just been charged €6 for a single cappuccino. It’s completely unacceptable and gives the area a bad reputation for tourism. I sincerely hope the local authorities and the mayor take this issue seriously. Tourists deserve fair treatment and transparent pricing. Until then, I strongly advise others to avoid Bar La Tosca and choose somewhere that respects its customers. Such a shame — what should have been a warm, simple coffee turned into a disappointing experience. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20
