My mom was buying coffee for all of us. My kids who just bought some sweets at the shop next door opened their bag and started eating. While we sat and waited. This rude Italian lady came and started screaming that we can’t eat food from outside there. While I can respect their policy there is also a polite way to approach costumers. Especially since they are also buying in your shop. When I wanted to talk to her she just kept walking away! In no way you can come their scream at my kids and walk away without listening to what the costumer has to say! Very very rude old lady. Don’t go there! No wonder the place next door was packed while this one was empty! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
