About the assessment about the young gentleman I stood behind this lady who wrote the review. In this situation, I would have completely understood the young man because the lady was provocative... I would think someone would treat me like that, but I wouldn't just laugh and say, oh what the heck, I think the gentleman is nice and helpful when it comes to advice. I had to share it with the review because I can't leave any other comments Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today, Thursday (holiday), I picked up some rolls from the bakery. Then I asked the saleswoman if she also had milk. No, there isn't. Then I discovered a coffee machine and asked if I could have coffee without coffee but with milk No. Then I saw coffee cream and I asked if I could have 2 coffee creamers. YES, for 0.20 each ... then paid for everything and wasn't offered a carrier bag. Upon request, another 0.20 and that with a card... well the lady wasn't really motivated and that affects my purchasing behavior. In the future I'll go to Zumbach, so far I've only seen nice waitresses... Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I greeted the young man behind the counter with a fresh “good morning” and looked into a grumpy face. When he asked, “You can’t do it,” I replied, yes, with a smile, which visibly displeased him. It's a shame about their delicate products, "training or change" is the order of the day. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
