Preferably 0 star!!! Just like friendliness, availability, and ratio of employees (middle-aged with blonde hair) ABSOLUTELY BELOW every 0 and below every level!!! Arrogant, frustrated, behaves as if all Burkhard branches belong to her. You come into the store and she's talking to a colleague with her mouth full and she's still crazy because she wanted to have a conversation with her colleague undisturbed. Under no circumstances will you be greeted and you are not allowed to ask about products. Looks like you'd rather not come in! When I said that I would go shopping somewhere else she said: “Yes, you are welcome to go further, thank you.” Nobody came to pick up for free so we are at his whim. BAD BAD BAD!!! Probably dissatisfied with life and with the job. It's even worse that the business allows such an employee. I'm sure my foot won't go in there anymore. Also don't recommend to anyone!!! It's better to go where you get at least one smiling face!! We would be closer at Chez Rüfi, great selection of fresh products and NICE LOVE AND FRIENDLY STAFF!!
