Really good truffle cake On the other hand, the little galette des rois with fines at 15 CHF with a plastic bean...it's frankly too expensive. In Lausanne we bought a much better pancake, of the same size, with a very pretty porcelain bean for CHF 7.80... I don't know what justifies double the price... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

As you also know, not all almond paste is the same. With us it is real almond mass without any artificial almond flavor. For as you write, CHF 7.5, this wouldn't even cover the costs. So unfortunately I can't tell you what makes the other cake so cheap. Our plastic bags are made from recycled plastic in Biel-Bienne, which is why we have chosen a regional supplier. I can only warmly recommend Confiserie Progin in Biel! The selection of chocolate is simply amazing - from exquisite truffles to seasonal treats like Easter bunnies, Halloween candies and Christmas surprises. Every piece is a delight for the senses! I am particularly enthusiastic about the croissants with different fillings, which are always fresh and delicious. No matter whether you are looking for something sweet for your coffee or a special gift, Progin always has something suitable on offer. The quality of the products is outstanding and the service is always friendly and helpful. A visit to this patisserie is an absolute must for all chocolate lovers and gourmets!
