Yes we don’t open our hotel breakfast to external guests, as this would impact the experience of our in-house guests, especially during busy winter mornings our breakfast kitchen is working already at a fast pace and we try not to overload this. This is a deliberate choice to keep breakfast calm and well balanced. All of our bakery goods and coffee can, however, be enjoyed at any time in our lobby bar. If this wasn't clearly communicated, we will look into it with our team again. It’s designed as a relaxed space to sit down and enjoy the bakery goods without affecting the hotel breakfast flow. Also we have a few more items like Cuban Sandwich etc. in our bakery in the center of Zermatt! We appreciate your understanding and are glad the quality of the product stood out to you!
