Also spare your fake appreciations written just to try to make your review more worthy of listening (by other users..) and less "targeted" in denigrating us. Criticism, when it is real, we also accept it to improve ourselves; in your case they are only denigrating and unfounded..... you were served the tasting menu for 3 out of 5 people at the table (already there, you have a menu in your hand that says "menu served for a minimum of 2 people or for the whole table " and you only order it for 3 people, but it doesn't matter, the rules don't exist for you...); the FIVE COURSE menu (entrée, starter, first course, second course, dessert) was served to you in 1 hour and 30 minutes or so, did you perhaps want a funnel for dinner? Then .... the dishes ordered à la carte by your friends (I imagine) or 1 starter and two second courses were served LOGICALLY with the starter and the second course from the tasting menu, if your friends waited a little longer while we served the first courses it was ONLY because of the (wrong) choice you made to choose the tasting menu NOT FOR THE WHOLE TABLE as is suggested IN ALL RESTAURANTS, not just us!! The meat was cooked as you requested, 1 blood and 3 medium, and above all THEY WERE HOT: as a good restaurateur I am always at the pass to check the exits ... However, as I have already written to her friend, the dishes returned they were all empty, from the appetizer to the dessert, and this is enough for me to frame you... it seems very strange to me that you have such a long tongue (behind the keyboard) to criticize everything and everyone and in person you didn't tell us anything at all ... but, Come to think of it, maybe it's not so strange after all...
