Stopped here to pick up some Bangladeshi food because if you're South Asian a week of Italian food will ultimately make you crave something spicy! Beef curry was very good, and many of the other dishes looked great. Food: 5 Order type: Takeaway

We were looking for halal Bangladeshi food in Florence and found this restaurant online. The portions were similar to UK side dishes, and the naan was fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. We ordered three chicken biryanis based on the waiter's recommendation. What we received was simply chicken curry mixed with rice rather than a proper biryani. Even worse, the chicken was cold in the middle, which was very disappointing and raised concerns about the food being reheated. As the biryani was so poor, we had to order five additional dishes just so everyone could eat properly. Despite explaining the issue to the staff, we were still charged the full price with no gesture of goodwill. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, the service lacked customer care, and we left feeling let down. I wouldn't recommend the biryani here.
