Una delusione totale!!! Da quando è stata cambiata la gerenza a settembre, il locale ha subito un bruttissimo peggioramento. io ci ero stata prima, ed era buonissimo, ci sono tornata ieri, TERRIBILE!!! A parte che ero lì di venerdì sera (tra l’altro ad Halloween) alle 19:30 mi vieni a dire che DUE dei QUATTRO piatti presenti in carta (si, ci sono solo baos, hanno tolto gli squisiti noodles con i peanut), sono esauriti??? ma vabbè, accettiamo e prendiamo pollo crispy e beef. Il pollo sembrava una cotoletta surgelata e tagliata a cubetti, terribile. Tutto il resto troppo piccante. Veramente peccato, soprattutto perché oltre alla gerenza è rimasto tutto uguale, brand del ristorante, arredamento e il resto. Quindi trae proprio in inganno. We'd like to let you know that the restaurant is under the same management as it was when we opened the restaurant baba baos - our staff has changed due to personal and private reasons. We produce everything we offer as fresh as possible, which means that sometimes items are being sold out faster than the shift ends. I'm more than happy to walk you through our menu and offer you a possibility to change your mind - we'll introduce a few new items in 2026 which we think you'd like. I visited Baba Baos a few months ago but ended up catching another pop-up instead, so I came back to finally try their baos and I’m glad I did! It luckily wasn’t too busy even without a reservation. We shared the cucumber salad with sesame, garlic and chilli flakes. Super fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the meal. I also had the pulled beef bao and the crunchy chicken bao, both were delicious in their own way. As a nice surprise, they even brought us a small „limoncello-style“ shot at the end, which was a lovely touch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. Calm, cozy with amazing LED lights and a great playlist! Inexpensive food but great nonetheless. Delicious baos. Brilliant service by our server Lucas tonight, very friendly and patient, always had us stocked up on drinks and food!
