Exclusivity is one thing— shaming clients to create it quite another. Our experience in the Zurich location was marred by condescending, contemptuous conduct on the part of the staff. We are watch enthusiasts and not unfamiliar with the exclusivity of AP’s brand, and although we were welcomed in to the main salon, we were then followed and publicly scolded— repeatedly— for our every move: approaching the main table, perusing the (inexpensive and entirely non-exclusive) Swatch Collab display, looking through the brand’s coffee-table books (one could only assume were placed on the salon’s tables for that very purpose), etc. Creating an elite experience for existing clients is understandable and even desirable. But welcoming guests and encouraging them to “look around and enjoy” only to humiliate them is not a commendable strategy. There are plenty of ways to avoid insulting guests: If you don’t want them approaching displays, use signage; if areas of the (one-room) salon are off limits, use velvet ropes to demarcate; and don’t encourage guests to peruse display books that you don’t want on display. We were considering starting a relationship with AP back in the States, but after that experience, there’s no way: our family will be sticking with Patek and Nardin! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing Audemars Piguet house. We had an amazing experience at their event. Love the Christmas tree. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife was there and had a good experience, desperately the ice cream had icecubes which is a no go for italians therefore 2 stars for food Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
