From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality, a cozy, atmospheric setting, and an immediate sense that you’re about to experience something special. The food? Simply outstanding! Every dish is crafted with care and passion, but the highlight for me was the Paccheri con stracciatella, gamberi e pistacchio—a true masterpiece. The creamy stracciatella blends perfectly with the freshness of the shrimp, while the pistachios add the perfect crunch and depth of flavor. It’s one of those dishes that you remember long after the meal is over! The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is equally impressive—intimate, full of charm, and capturing the essence of Bari’s old town. We went in February and the place was very understaffed. Was just one waitress for all the tables and were a lot. The food is excellent but you have to come prepared for a long wait. They took out appetizers pretty fast, but I think that was because the place didn’t get too crowded yet. For the pasta we waited a lot. The food is really worthy, the pasta were very tasty, the pizza was great too. The bruschetta surprised us, was so simple looking that we tought we did a mistake, but when we tasted we were amazed. Potatoes “cacio e pepe” were also good. If you are patient, come because is delicious. If you are very hungry and in hurry, think twice. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
