Me and my girlfriend had a 6 course menu with the well-known "purple rain": Red cabbage risotto, kimchi, soy yogurt, caramelized Hazelnuts, Parmivegano - Noah Rechsteiner's own creation, with truffles that he collects himself in the forest with his dog, served on a hot stone that he collected in the Valais Alps. As you can see, this restaurant not only offers high-quality vegan food, but also pure creativity and passion. I can't judge which course was the best because each course is unique in taste. But I can say that dining at Anoah is truly a taste experience that you won't find anywhere else , believe me. For dinner, each course was accompanied by a non-alcoholic juice combination. Now that there is a flu epidemic, you should take your vitamins right from the start, which is why they are best served at Anoah: regional vegetables, mostly from our own garden, no plant-based products but everything from fresh food. In short: Noah and his team knocked the ball out of the park. Delicious food that makes you shut up, close your eyes and just enjoy all the things going down in your mouth. This is a trip, an experience, not just dinner. The wine pairing was fantastic. Very friendly, attentive and professional service that radiates such a positive vibe. For most of the evening we had the pleasure of being served by Noah himself. Nevertheless: No difference in quality of service between any of the staff. I loved the fact that there are only about 30 seats available. It's cozy, not too loud, lovely interior. Bathrooms are squeaky clean. If you listen closely, you realise that over the course of the evening the background music is more and more noticeable - a nice detail to me. Parking: Public transport is the way to go.
