Anna truly is the kindest soul. She spotted us walking past in the rain and offered our 5 year boy a sweet and as soon as she seen we were struggling with a paper bag that was just about to fail on us she offered us a plastic carrier bag. We stopped by a few days later and got some drinks and my son couldn't decide which ice cream he wanted so she took him behind the counter and let him him choose while going through all the flavours with him and then proceeded to let him serve us. We had cold drinks and a very happy kid. Prices are very fair and the vegan ice cream was delicious. Lovely seating area outside with stunning views of the waterfall. Would highly recommend Anna's Chalet and would like to again thank her for her warmth and kindness Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
