La Fontana del Porcellino è un must prima di un meraviglioso pasto in questo pub & bar. Questo locale offre cucina fusion. Questo posto ti potrà deliziare con ottimi hummus, ravioli e tonno. Esperienza indimenticabile in location pazzesca, nel cuore di Firenze. Sono stata con delle amiche per una cena e un drink. La location è mozzafiato, essendo un rooftop che offre una vista a 360° sulla città. Cibo ottimo, drink eccellenti. Non da meno il servizio, impeccabile. Siamo state accolte da Anne e Cecilia, mentre il servizio al tavolo è stato a cura di André, Mateo e Filippo. Tutti carinissimi. Torneremo sicuramente! Da provare il loro signature spritz. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50–60

Sono venuto qui con amici quasi per caso. Il luogo è elegante e raffinato con personale professionale e vista sulla terrazza senza paragoni. Quando ripasserò a Firenze non mi farò mancare questa tappa. Consigliato per chi cerca un luogo per un aperitivo con un ottimo panorama e cocktail per ogni gusto. We just had the privilege of tasting a slice of heaven at Angel Roofbar & Dining. For our honeymoon we decided to take a trip to Florence, and we’re enticed to stay at the Calimala Hotel(which has also been exceptionally great). Upon our arrival to the hotel, the staff informed us that the restaurant had recently forgone some recent renovations and encouraged us to book a reservation. And boy am I glad he did! Upon arrival to the restaurant we were warmly greeted by Giancarlo and Andre who escorted us to our table and made us feel very welcomed. Giancarlo would go on to be our waiter and went above and beyond to provide a very attentive and responsive service. The atmosphere of the restaurant had a great vibe in which we noticed a lot of happy guests, and a very romantic ambience. But little did we know that this was just the start to what would be one of the best food/restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We started out with beverages to warm up the night. My wife naturally levitated towards a Hugo Spritz as for myself I was feeling a bit more daring and decided to try their new Re-basil. Both drinks were very refreshing and very well balanced. For our first bite we both shared the Fish carpaccio and wow. What a way to blow our palates out of the water, and that was just the appetizer. The fish was so fresh and each ingredient on that plate complemented each other so well. Following up this impressive appetizer we would move on to our first course where my wife and I both shared the Trofie with Pesto, and the Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach(served in butter and sage sauce). Both pasta dishes again delivered with great mouth water savory flavors and textures. As we’re approaching our main courses, we both looked at each other and asked ourselves can it get any better? And of course again, the Grilled Fish skewer(served with grilled leeks, spinach, confit garlic and Calabrian chili) dish continued that symphony of flavors we were experiencing. This dish had such a delectable flavor, it was a sensation in my mouth. I never knew a fish dish can have such an exquisite taste. To close the night out right we ended it with a slice of Tiramisu. The Tiramisu was moist, comforting, and layered with flavors with each fork full we ate. The overall experience was outstanding. It was so good that at the end of the night we immediately requested to book a reservation for the following night. We both left back to our room so happy and in utter aww from what we just experienced. Florence is so fortunate to have such a gem of a restaurant. I normally don’t write reviews(especially this long or thorough), but after leaving tonight I felt that I had to engrave what my taste buds had just experienced. This might be one of the best meals I’ve had in Europe(possibly ever). If anyone is considering making a reservation, look no further. This restaurant will have you leaving with quite the impression. Not only from a food stand point but also from a service, and hospitality stand point. You taste the effort and love put into each dish, and also see and feel the effort they put into their service. Both the front and back of house are firing at all cylinders and are in sync. Don’t deny yourself the chance of being able to experience such a great experience. I look forward to my reservation tomorrow! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70
