What in jargon is called "cross-contamination" is a condition that can occur with a high probability in any kitchen that uses different ingredients. Obviously every single individual is aware of their own level of tolerance of an allergen. What we care about is informing our customers in the best possible and accurate way. On each table there is a sign inviting you to contact the staff for intolerances and allergies; by doing so, the customer will be shown a table showing all the dishes on the menu with the relevant allergens present (or even just "with traces"). After which any intolerance is reported to us, it is reported to the kitchen with the relevant order, so that greater attention is paid to that particular dish.
