Ho mangiato le tagliatelle al ragù. Erano decisamente orribili, la scarsa qualità dei prodotti è evidente, tagliatelle da discount e sugo che sto ancora cercando di digerire. Ci sono stata altre volte nell'ultimo anno e si mangiava benissimo, ho saputo che da poco hanno cambiato la cuoca e si vede.

We booked Alla Rocca Ristorante in Bazzano a couple of weeks ago via The Fork for a deal they had advertised and still have advertised. A deal, I hasten to add, that was offered by Alla Rocca. Our booking was confirmed. We had reserved a table for four yesterday evening - 1st June 2022 - at 20:30.Upon arrival at the restaurant we were greeted by the Maître D' and asked if we had a booking, to which we confirmed that we did - a booking for four people at 20:30 via The Fork. The Maître D' walked away and we heard him talking to what we assumed was the Restaurant Manager. When he came back he abruptly replied that our booking had been cancelled. When we asked why he said that they had an event on that evening in the restaurant, despite there being only two other people already dining in the restaurant.We proceeded to enquire as to why they had not contacted us in advance to inform us of the cancellation and the Maître D' rudely replied that they were under no obligation to inform customers that their booking had been cancelled! No apology and no customer service skills whatsoever. In fact, he was so rude that all four of us were shocked.Luckily, we found another restaurant in the area and they were very kind. We eventually had a lovely evening, but with no thanks to Alla Rocca. On the way back to our car we passed by Alla Rocca Ristorante and there was no event on at all.Appalling level of service and no understanding of how to treat a customer at Alla Rocca.

Dear Sir, we followed to the fork procedure and we cancelled through their website two days in advance. Unfortunately that day we were unable to have clients due to unexpected circumstances. We hope you will come again in the future in order to give us the chance to repair to our mistake. Kind regards
