Both Spielzeug Welten Museum Basel and All Bar One are recommended for visiting. You will be offered tasty sandwiches. A lot of visitors order delicious draft beer, wine or craft beer. Great coffee is what may make you return to this bar.
A lot of people suppose that the staff is professional here. If you want to enjoy enjoyable service, you should visit All Bar One. Prices are found affordable here. When inside, the ambiance is peaceful. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

First of all, it's important to know that this place recently changed owners and is now part of the Rhyschänzli group (restaurants and bars, basically they buy up places and supply management). Since then, it has changed from a beer and wine bar with self-service to a more cocktail-focused bar with table service. They used to have an excellent, but pricey array of beers (esp. Belgian and IPAs) and wines. Now they have a couple of beers (lager, Grimbergen and Brooklyn) and a couple of wines, the rest is cocktails with a focus on gin (apparently the thing to drink these days). The ambiance is bound to change, as the place is up for renovation. The maitre d' is overzealous, the chef de bar probably knows what he is doing, but the staff (clad in black) is pretty clueless. All in all, the place is shaping up to become just another insignificant, overpriced bar in Steinenvorstadt.

Ambiente OK, Getränke sehr gut, Preise teuer. Ein grosses und ein kleines gezapftes lokales Bier (Kitchen Brew) kosten CHF 14.-- und dies bei Selbstbedienung. Die Lokale links und rechts von All Bar One sind voll, während es hier ziemlich leer ist, drinnen wie draussen.
