Among the alleys of Naples there is a magical, surreal, I dare say, place: Ali Doner Kebab, a name... of quality. Meeting the gaze of the gentleman who works inside, I already understood that I would be treated to a service of rare quality. I had the privilege of watching the chef prepare the delicacy I had ordered (chicken nuggets) and few times have I seen such skilled masters at work. He took out the croquettes and put them to fry in oil, then slammed them with intensity and passion (or violence and destruction, depending on your point of view) on the counter. As he was preparing my take-out package, he turned his penetrating gaze towards me and asked me... "Maionnaise or keciùp?" And I responded by saying "mayonnaise, thank you", with tears that almost flowed out of me from emotion in front of such class and elegance. All for the modest price of 4 euros. I would like to say that I will return, but thanks to Ali I had a rather long and tiring conversation in the bathroom, so let's say next time I will only return if I don't have an exam 5 minutes later
