Era il mio ristorante preferito da 20 anni che vado a mangiare kebab ma oggi mianno deluso pachissima carne é sono freddi

Today me and my friend came from London to Zurich. We just decide to go to the market and eat something nice. And then we saw Ali baba restaurant. We ordered 2 chicken kebab. Before order we clearly requested to the staff that we just only want chicken not beef. But when they make kebab in front of our eyes. we just saw they used spectula or tool to make beef kebab. After make beef kebab they make our kebabs and it was horrible, when we saw they used same tools the same tool to make our chicken kebab. It hurts our religious sentiments because we are indian and we don’t eat beef. I think staff and restaurant didn’t know about hygiene. It was purely cross contamination that was not good and they serve other people like that. They charged me for this kebab i mean it was enormous. Eventually, total wastage of money and time. Worst experience i had ever face. Food= 0.1/5 Service =1/5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Dietary restrictions: Me and my friend cane from London and explore this beautiful city. After we went ali baba. I wanted chicken and I clearly asked the staff that i don’t eat beef. But staff use same tools use in beef and same in chicken in front of my eyes. I was very disappointed and also they charged me. Worst day in my whole life.
