I know Alberto Marchetti's ice cream because at the beginning I used to consume it in the first store on Corso Vittorio and it was an excellent ice cream. today I wanted to try the ice cream shop in Via Principi d'Acaia near my house, but the quality of the ice cream is significantly inferior and the staff is very unprepared and very rude. in this specific case I went into the ice cream shop asking for the coffee flavor and they told me that it's a flavor that doesn't exist, which instead exists in most ice cream shops, plus they made me a cone so badly that as soon as it came out the part fell to the ground above and they weren't even available to replace it and for a cone that on average can be worth €3.50 they made me pay €4.70 so I find the quality has worsened and the price has increased and the value for money is absolutely unsatisfactory
