Ottimo ristorante Thailandese, come non se ne trovano in Italia. A Zurigo esiste un posto dove ritrovarsi magicamente in Thailandia. Prezzi in linea con la città, carissima per quanto riguarda il cibo al ristorante

Left out by the kitchen: Shocking service faux pas at Ah-Hua Today I had an extremely frustrating experience at "Ah Hua", a place I once considered my culinary haven. As a long-time, loyal customer, I expected the usual warm welcome and reliability. But instead of service I was given a cold shoulder. At 9:35 p.m., well before the official closing time of 10:15 p.m., I wanted to place a simple takeaway order. At first I was asked to express my wishes, but then came the unexpected turn: the kitchen refused to accept my order without any plausible explanation. This arbitrary decision and blatant disregard for customer needs is not only disrespectful, but also damaging to business. Today's incident not only ruined my evening, but also permanently shook my trust in "Ah Hua". A restaurant that treats its regular customers like this deserves neither respect nor recommendation. In addition to this disappointing service, the restaurant's behavior violates the principles of Far Eastern hospitality that I have previously valued. Sending customers away 45 minutes before the official closing time on the grounds that there are too many orders is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful. This shows a clear disregard for guests' needs and undermines trust in the restaurant, which appears to no longer adhere to its own standards. Luckily, there are plenty of other Asian restaurants in Zurich that uphold the principle of hospitality and understand how important it is to treat guests with dignity even shortly before closing time. This incident at Ah Hua reminds me that there are always alternatives where you feel valued and welcomed as a guest.
