Siamo stati al ristorante per il pranzo di natale con tutta la famiglia e siamo stati divinamente. Cibo e vini di ottima qualità e tutto molto curato. Prezzo adeguato e servizio eccellente.

My husband and I stayed at Agriturismo Villa il Castagno Wine Resort & Restaurant during our honeymoon early June, and it was truly one of the most magical parts of our trip. We arrived by train to Siena and took a short 15-minute taxi ride to the villa—but nothing could have prepared us for the stunning beauty that greeted us. Perched in the heart of the Tuscan hills, the villa is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by picture-perfect views of rolling vineyards, orchards, and blooming roses. Our room was spacious and serene, with a gorgeous view overlooking the pool and countryside—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. We spent our first evening unwinding by the pool, where the staff kindly served us drinks and snacks as we soaked in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect way to ease into the slower, romantic rhythm of Tuscany. Dinner at the villa’s intimate on-site restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The setting was cozy and romantic, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. I had the most incredible risotto I’ve ever tasted—something I’ll be dreaming about for a long time. Every meal felt personal and special, and there isn’t a single corner of the property that doesn’t offer a breathtaking view. The next morning, we enjoyed a lovely light breakfast, and the staff kindly arranged a taxi for us to return to Siena. We only wish we had booked more time here—it’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and simply be. We can’t wait to return to Villa il Castagno someday. It’s a truly unforgettable escape, and we’ll cherish the memories we made here forever.
