WORST SERVICE EVER! I legit went to this breakfast place and they were so mean to me. I ordered Shakshuka and they had no nuts on it on the menu and then it came out with nuts so I said I couldn’t have it and they were like okay well we’ll make you a new one but you’ll be getting charged twice and I was like what why that makes no sense why wouldn’t you be able to make a new one. And he said because it was my fault? When not even on the menu it ever said it has nuts? And now I’m having to pay for it when I just tried to have a calm discussion about my allergy, how severe it is and how even the smell can make me have an allergic reaction and I legit get charged for it I’m so upset right now they were so mean to me they said I was “bullying them” to try and get out of paying when I had to watch all my friends eat and I legit WATCHED my dish go to someone else I’m actually so mad

Thanks for taking the time to review your experience this morning Olivia. As we said to you in the cafe, we are sorry that you didn't read the notice that the dish you ordered has nuts and that you failed to inform us of your serious nut allergy. Of course we would never bring a dish with nut to an allergy sufferer, however we also reserve the right to charge for a meal prepared as it clearly states on our menu - with allergens all clearly highlighted. We offered to prepare a meal free of nuts but you outright declined. The only reason you watched your friends eat was because you said no to ordering anything further.

Friendly staff, tasty food, delicious tea (and excellent selection). Good prices and fantastic views.... what more do.you want??? Very cosy spot by the river with mountain views. Nice inside and out (on the sunny terrace). Amazing looking breakfast/brunch options and great cakes/treats. Lots of good tea and coffee on offer.. by super nice staff.. who speak many languages! Prices are very good too!! Service: 5
