I use this place whilst working in Lausanne. It’s in the perfect spot for me to hop on a bus to the IOC office. Alternatively, when the weather permits, right across is the Lake and a 20 min walk to work. The little kitchen area is great. As I don’t like eating out alone, I can cook simple meals in the room. Finally, a quick mention for the reception staff. I rarely see them as I’m out early and back late, but when I do they are super friendly and welcoming. Service: 5

Overall a great option with the apart-hotel model. During our stay the internet wifi was not stable and when available very slow. There may be a problem with the configuration but on weekends there is no staff. Service: 3

Dear Douglas Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, in the world of computer science, there are problems that hotel staff cannot fix. The Internet provider is in the process of solving the problem. Breakfast service was incredibly slow. Wi-Fi was well connecting, but had NO throughput ie was useless as it did not bring even messages or email headers! Service: 1

We would like to comment on your review Restaurant The restaurant and the hotel are located in the same bulding, but these are 2 completely different organizations.
