I visited this bakery around 7:00 in the morning on a Monday to grab a baguette. It should have been a red flag that there was only one baguette left, especially since they had just opened at 6:30. However, I was committed and a bit too lazy to walk to my usual bakery on Avenue d'Ouchy. The baguette wasn’t bad, but it tasted somewhat stale, as if it had been baked the day before. Since they were closed on Sunday, it must have been made on Saturday. I'm unsure why a bakery would sell old bread, as that could negatively affect its reputation. Nevertheless, it is what it is. I don’t think all their baked goods are bad; I also tried a croissant, and it was decent. However, given that they seem to sell old baked goods, it's best not to go there first thing on a Monday morning. Alternatively, you might want to find one that offers fresh baguettes every day.
