Un'attrattiva locale, la Loggia della Mercanzia, che si trova vicino in questo ristorante, fa parte della cultura unica di questa città. Tutti i clienti che vengono qui possono avere il piacere di gustare il menu di cucina italiana e mediterranea. Molti visitatori vengono qui per provare i curatissimi funghi, salsicce e manzo. Ordina ottimi gelato, soufflé e parfait. Vieni qui per ordinare dei deliziosi birra, chianti o spritz. I visitatori non amano molto il caffè espresso del Ristorante al Mangia.
L'ospitale personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto fantastico. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del piacevole servizio. I prezzi adeguati di questo locale sono una piacevole sorpresa per i suoi ospiti. Come dicono parecchi critici, l'arredamento è banale. Sarà un'opportunità per goderti un ambiente simpatico. Ma questo posto non ha avuto un punteggio alto dagli utenti di Google users.

Servizio a tavola dopo un' ora e mezza di attesa, deludente, piatti scarsi, personale totalmente disinteressato e scortese...conto alle stelle.Non consigliabile nemmeno ai nemici . Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Wait time: 1+ hour

Il cibo è buono ma il servizio assolutamente pessimo. Né un buongiorno, né un sorriso, né un grazie e arrivederci. La cameriera riccia col tatuaggio è maleducatissima, gli altri non scherzano... Non sopportano i turisti, ancora meno i bambini. Con tutti i ristoranti carini che ci sono a Siena questo posto proprio NON lo consiglio! Andate altrove.

Chose this place because it was a convenient location before having to meet our tour group within half the hour. Really just had time for a drink, there was only 1 table, so we figured they'd have time to pour 2 drinks and a couple sodas. We opted to pay immediately so we could enjoy our drinks and leave as soon as we saw our tour guide. Observed that the 2 servers during our visit were talking amongst themselves and the bartender (at what seemed about our table at they kept looking our way) the whole time we were waiting... 15 minutes after we paid, we still had no drinks, and we saw our tour group lining up. We kindly asked if we could get the drinks to go so we did not get left behind, and one server claimed, "This is not a McDonald's." Needless to say, we left with only (3 of the 5) paid drinks as we were now needing to leave asap. We did not bother to wait for the 2 beers we paid for as initially, the bartender was pouring a beer in a cup with a dead fly in it and noticed we saw him. He poured it out ONLY because he got caught. I was livid and we had to leave already, so I was not able to deal with it.. this was about 20-25 minutes from the time we placed our order We did not feel welcomed. Being a tourist spot, prices were high, and we couldn't even give a review on the beers as we never received them There are plenty of other places to choose from other than this business with a nice view, better service, and soda/beer. If you decide to choose this restaurant, hopefully you get a better experience. They wasted our time, money, and unfortunately, it was the only negative experience to our beautiful visit in Italy Meal type: Other Service: 1
