Good (but inadequate) main but very poor starter. Perfect for customers who have not very high standards and want to pay a lot for very little food. Starter - 2/5. Salmon had way too much soya sauce; Chinese cabbage was served crunchy - very poor choice of cooking and wholly inappropriate for the salmon which is better paired with sautéed not raw cabbage Main - 4/5. A lot better, but at most 100g of meat, basically the size of a main on a degustation menu, not 3 course meal Dessert - 4/5. The size of sorbet which is a regular size scoop is significantly larger than the tiny sliver of tart, about 2.5cm on the wide end Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
