Vedere il Santuario di Sant'Anna richiede tempo e fatica, perciò se una volta fatto dovesse prenderti fame, vieni in locale per un pasto succulento. L'efficiente personale dimostra un alto livello di ospitalità al locale San Lorenzo - Boutique Hotel & SPA. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del veloce servizio. Ma molti clienti che usano Google non ha assegnato in questo locale un rating molto alto.

ATTENTION It’s scam The location in the Booking app is written 10km from Positano but in reality is 38km. The hotel doesn’t exist probably because I went there but it wasn’t. The location brought me in a very dangerous neighborhood of Napoli. It was terrifying Service: 1

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms and service are great but there are ways to improve. Overall we enjoyed our stay . Service: 4

The most awful experience of my life. Ruined my trip to the Amalfi coast. On first impressions the hotel looked lovely and we could not wait to stay. However it is in the middle of no where, no restaurant or town near by so if you are going here this will be your only option for eating and drinking. We arrived at the hotel at 4:30. Upon arrival we were informed the pool was closed at 4. We were a little annoyed but it didn’t matter much as we knew the hotel grounds were beautiful and could not wait to sit outside in the gardens and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. However after unpacking we made our way to the gardens to find the entire outdoor space was completely out of use. Due to a wedding being on. We decided to ask reception if there was another area we could use. They informed us we could use the downstairs restaurant and the outdoor tables. When we got there the restaurant was litterally a small dining room and the out door tables were in the car park. I decided to complain and check out to go somewhere else. I asked for a refund due to being unable to use any of the facilities I had paid for for the duration of my stay. I was told it was just for one night. Although I was only there for one night which did not matter to them. After 2 hours of talking and trying to reason they offered me and upgrade with a balcony but I would have to pay. I thought this was unacceptable. They promised me a refund but have not issued it and refuse to do so. To top it off the parking attendant told us we had to leave right away so that he could get the cars attending the wedding in. This hotel is an embarrassment. Do not waste your time or money. Service: 1
