Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti in una camera de luxe all'ultimo piano ad angolo con vista sul laghetto. La camera molto bella ma il wifi non raggiunge tutta la camera( va solo nel bagno e all'entrata). La colazione buona come c'è da aspettarsi in un tre stelle.

Hands down the best place for meat in Arosa. We had the lamb and the entrecôte, and both were cooked perfectly — high-quality meat, full of flavor, and prepared with care. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service: incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. You feel genuinely appreciated as a guest. We’ll definitely be back.

Bad experience regarding a voucher that we had: There was a reservation made 5months in advance for a room with a prepaid voucher; after our stay we were asked to pay the hotel(!); when we explained we had a reservation with a voucher and provided all the email communication, we got the answer that the business was taken over by a new person and the new owner did not want to fulfill the vouchers that the previous owner had issued. It would be of course acceptable if he had informed as in advance and not after the stay. The behavior of the owner was not the most polite as well. In the end we had to pay (again) and involve later our legal insurance. Independent of the whole situation, too expensive for what it offers. Service: 1
